총칙 (General Provisions) 📑

Purpose, Effect, and Modification of Terms

**목적:** 본 약관은 [사이트명] (이하 "회사")이 제공하는 커뮤니티 서비스(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건 및 절차, 회사와 회원의 권리, 의무 및 책임 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

**Purpose:** These Terms define the conditions, procedures, rights, duties, and responsibilities between [SiteName] ("Company") and its members regarding the use of the community service ("Service").
**약관의 효력 및 변경:** 회사는 본 약관을 서비스 화면에 게시하거나 공지사항을 통해 공지하며, 회원이 이에 동의함으로써 효력이 발생합니다. 회사는 필요한 경우 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경된 약관은 공지 후 7일이 경과한 날부터 효력이 발생합니다.

**Effect and Modification:** These Terms take effect upon the member's consent, usually through posting on the service screen or via notice. The Company may modify the Terms, and the amended Terms shall take effect 7 days after the notification date.

회원 가입 및 관리 (Membership) 🤝

Registration and Management

**회원 가입:** 서비스 이용 희망자가 본 약관에 동의하고, 회사가 정한 양식에 따라 개인정보를 제공하여 가입 신청을 한 후, 회사가 이를 승낙함으로써 성립됩니다.

**Registration:** Membership is established when the applicant agrees to these Terms, applies for registration by providing personal information according to the form set by the Company, and the Company approves the application.
**회원 탈퇴 및 자격 상실:** 회원은 언제든지 서비스 내 절차를 통해 탈퇴를 요청할 수 있습니다. 다음 각 호의 사유에 해당하는 경우, 회사는 회원 자격을 제한하거나 상실시킬 수 있습니다.
- 타인의 정보(ID, 비밀번호 등)를 부정하게 사용하는 경우
- 서비스 운영을 고의로 방해하거나 법령 및 공서양속에 위반하는 행위를 하는 경우
**Withdrawal and Loss of Membership:** Members may request withdrawal at any time. The Company may restrict or forfeit membership for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Illegal use of another person's information (ID, password, etc.).
- Actions that intentionally obstruct service operation or violate laws/public morality.

서비스 이용 및 제한 (Use of Service) ⚙️

Provision, Change, and Restriction

**서비스 제공:** 서비스는 연중무휴 1일 24시간 제공함을 원칙으로 합니다. 단, 시스템 정기 점검, 서버 증설 및 교체 등의 운영상 이유로 일시 중단될 수 있습니다.

**Service Provision:** The Service is generally provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, it may be temporarily suspended due to operational reasons such as system maintenance or server replacement.
**서비스 이용 제한:** 회원은 다음 각 호의 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다. 회사는 이러한 행위가 확인될 경우 사전 통보 없이 해당 게시물을 삭제하거나 서비스 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.
- 음란, 저속한 정보 또는 불법적인 콘텐츠 게시
- 타인의 명예를 훼손하거나 불이익을 주는 행위
- 사행 행위를 조장하거나 도박 관련 정보를 제공하는 행위
- 회사의 저작권 등 기타 권리를 침해하는 행위
**Restriction of Use:** Members must not engage in the following acts. The Company may delete related posts or restrict service use without prior notice if these acts are confirmed:
- Posting obscene, vulgar, or illegal content.
- Actions that defame or cause disadvantage to others.
- Promoting speculative acts or providing gambling-related information.
- Infringing upon the Company's copyrights or other rights.

Management and Ownership

**게시물에 대한 책임:** 회원이 서비스 내에 게시한 게시물(글, 이미지, 영상 등)은 회원 본인의 책임이며, 게시물로 인해 발생하는 민형사상의 책임은 전적으로 회원에게 있습니다.

**Responsibility for Posts:** Members are solely responsible for all posts (text, images, videos, etc.) uploaded within the Service, and bear full civil and criminal liability arising from them.
**게시물의 저작권:** 회원이 서비스 내에 게시한 게시물의 저작권은 해당 회원에게 귀속됩니다. 다만, 회사는 서비스 운영, 개선, 홍보 목적으로 회원의 게시물을 이용(복제, 전시, 배포 등)할 수 있으며, 이는 회원 탈퇴 시에도 유지됩니다.

**Post Copyright:** Copyright of posts belongs to the respective member. However, the Company may use (reproduce, display, distribute, etc.) the posts for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Service, and this right shall survive membership withdrawal.

면책 조항 및 분쟁 해결 (Disclaimer and Dispute Resolution) ⚖️

Exemption Clauses and Governing Law

**면책 조항:** 회사는 다음 각 호의 사유로 회원에게 발생한 손해에 대하여 책임을 지지 않습니다.
- 천재지변 또는 이에 준하는 불가항력으로 인해 서비스를 제공할 수 없는 경우
- 회원의 귀책사유로 인한 서비스 이용의 장애
- 회원이 게시한 정보, 자료, 사실의 신뢰도 및 정확성
- 회원 상호 간 또는 회원과 제3자 간의 분쟁으로 발생한 손해
**Exemption Clause:** The Company shall not be liable for damages incurred by members due to the following reasons:
- Inability to provide service due to natural disasters or force majeure.
- Service disruptions caused by the member's negligence.
- Reliability or accuracy of information, data, or facts posted by the member.
- Damages resulting from disputes between members or with third parties.
**분쟁 해결:** 본 약관의 해석 및 회원과의 분쟁에 대하여는 대한민국 법률을 준거법으로 합니다. 서비스 이용과 관련하여 발생한 소송은 회사의 주소지 관할 법원을 전속관할로 합니다.

**Dispute Resolution:** Disputes arising from these Terms or the relationship with the member shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Lawsuits concerning service use shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Company's address.
